My project philosophy is to not have one. What I mean is that the success of the project and the team matters more to me than adhering to a specific workflow to achieve that goal. I work with design thinking techniques and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop a process that makes sense for the company & people and aligns with its objectives. Additionally, I continuously assess performance to ensure effectiveness.
